Previous Employment Summary:
Elias was formerly an Assistant Attorney General with the Office of the Texas Attorney General. He has extensive litigation experience as a prosecuting attorney. As a former Assistant General Counsel for the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, he gained tax experience with respect to sales and use tax as well as business tax issues. As a retired Captain in the United States Army Judge Advocate General, Elias has extensive military law experience, Federal tort claims, and trial defense services.
